ABOUT US
NuVeLe is a family-owned and operated courier and delivery company established in 2023. This dynamic duo consists of husband and wife team, DeVell & Leah Nutall, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in the transportation and healthcare industries. DeVell's experience brings over 25+ years of invaluable expertise gained from driving semi tractor-trailers for multimillion-dollar trucking companies, as well as training new drivers and test-drive trucks to improve company safety compliance. Leah’s diverse professional background with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, as a Patient Account Representative, and Orthopedic Technician, allowed her to collaborate closely with Orthopedic Surgeons to provide quality patient care. Leah also developed her expertise in front-office dispatching while working for a local trucking company. In this role, she managed truck drivers' schedules, routes, and pickup/delivery arrangements. Her exceptional adeptness in customer service has enabled her to establish a strong rapport with clients. Together they exhibit proficient comprehension of load time management, the importance of proactive vehicle maintenance, and how crucial road and weather conditions can impact a driver's safety and load security. Moreover, they are well-versed in quality management, including compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen regulations. NuVeLe, takes great pride in being experts in their field, and committed to providing exceptional service. Ensuring that your delivery needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail.
